The terms and conditions listed on this page are leading and overrule any other information found on the MonkeyC website or elsewhere.

Article 1 - All sales are final

All sales through the MonkeyC website are final and non-refundable. If you wish to test our software for 14 days, please download the respective trial version.

Article 2 - License agreement

By using our software you agree with the end-user license agreement (EULA).

Article 3 - Support

MonkeyC handles all pre-sale and post-sale support and communication over e-mail. You can expect a response from us within 24 hours on business days. MonkeyC does not offer phone support or assistance.

Article 4 - Currency

US and Canadian customers pay in US Dollars. All other customers pay in Euros. This is automatically determined through geolocating. All Euro prices on the website exclude VAT.

Article 5 - Downloadable orders

The following terms & conditions only apply to downloadable orders.

1. Your downloads can be accessed in the downloads section of your user account.
2. It is the final responsibility of the customer/user to safely store and backup the downloaded products. While MonkeyC will assist in any reasonable way, it has no legal obligation to offer a re-download or shipment of the product in the future.
