Refund Policy

MonkeyC products are digital software licences, delivered
immediately after purchase.

30-day money back

You have 30 days from your order date to request a refund for
any reason. Email hello@monkeyc.audio and we will process it.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method
within 10 business days.

When you request a refund, your licence is deactivated and the
software will stop working. Please uninstall it from your
systems.

Payment plans

If you bought using a payment plan, cancelling stops all future
instalments and deactivates your licence. Instalments already
paid are refundable within the same 30-day window from your
first payment.

Problems with the software

If something is not working, contact hello@monkeyc.audio before
requesting a refund. Most issues are solved in a day and we
would rather fix it than lose you.
